Dein/euer neuer Arbeitsplatz:

• Freies Bürozimmer in schönem Altbau mit ca. 30 qm und damit insgesamt 3 möglichen Arbeitsplätzen (Ein Platz ist bereits an Mimie Maggale – Organisatorin vom Sonic Territories Festival – vergeben; das restliche ca. 100 qm Büro teilst du dir mit dem VCC Team)
• Shared Besprechungszimmer 
• Große Gemeinschaftsküche, Bad mit WC und Dusche
• Adresse: Hermanngasse 18/10, 1070 

Miete all inclusive: 

• Einzelplatz: 268,08 € pro Platz zzgl. 10% USt (Eigenes Büroinventar wie Tisch und Bürosessel müssen selbst mitgebracht werden) 
• Internet, Strom und Gas
• Reinigung alle 2 Wochen 

Die Räumlichkeiten sind nicht barrierefrei. Das Büro befindet sich im 3. Stock, ist mit einem Lift zu erreichen und bietet einen schönen Ausblick über die Dächer Wiens.

3 workspaces available at the VCC Office

The Vienna Club Commission team has moved into a new office and now has an additional room with available workspaces. Are you and/or your team looking for a new place to work?
Then you’ve come to the right place!

Your new workspace:

• A shared office room in a beautiful historic building, approx. 30 sqm, offering up to 3 workstations (One workstation is already taken by Mimie Maggale – organiser of the Sonic Territories Festival; the remaining approx. 100 sqm office space is shared with the VCC team)
• Shared meeting room
• Large shared kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower
• Address: Hermanngasse 18/10, 1070 Vienna

Rent (all inclusive):

• Single workstation: 268,08 € per workstation plus 10% VAT (own office furniture such as desk and office chair must be provided by yourself)
• Internet, Electricity, Gas
• Cleaning every two weeks

The premises are not barrier-free. The office is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator, and offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Vienna.
