Das VCC Büro in der Hermanngasse 18/10, 1070 Wien, bietet insgesamt vier Arbeitsplätze in einem 30 m2 großen Raum des Altbaubüros. Das Shared Office wird von unterschiedlichen Menschen aus der Kulturbranche genutzt.
Das Büro befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist mit dem Lift erreichbar und bieten einen schönen Ausblick über die Dächer Wiens. Die Räumlichkeiten sind nicht barrierefrei.
Dein/euer neuer Arbeitsplatz:
- Dein Arbeitsplatz (entweder Einzel- oder Flexplatz) in einem Bürozimmer in schönem Altbau mit ca. 30 m2 und 4 Arbeitsplätzen
- Shared Besprechungszimmer
- Große Gemeinschaftsküche, Bad mit WC und Dusche
- inkl. Internet, Strom und Gas
- Professionelle Reinigung alle zwei Wochen
Arbeitsplatz & Miete (all inclusive) – deine Wahl:
- Einzelplatz: 268,08 € pro Platz zzgl. 10% USt
- Flexplatz – flexible Nutzung für zwei Personen: 134,04 € pro Person zzgl. 10% USt. Ein Arbeitsplatz wird von zwei Personen geteilt und kann flexibel genutzt werden, jedoch nicht gleichzeitig. Perfekt, wenn du flexibel arbeiten und dabei Kosten sparen willst.

The Vienna Club Commission team has moved into a new office and now has an additional room with one available workspace. Are you and/or your team looking for a new place to work?
Then you’ve come to the right place!
The VCC office at Hermanngasse 18/10, 1070 Vienna, offers a total of four workspaces in a 30 m2 room within a traditional Viennese office building. The shared office is used by a variety of people working in the cultural sector.
The office is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator, offering a beautiful view over the rooftops of Vienna. The premises are not wheelchair accessible.
Your new workspace:
- Your workspace (either a dedicated or flex workspace) in a shared office room in a beautiful historic building, approx. 30 m2, offering up to 4 workstations
- Shared meeting room
- Large shared kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower
- Internet, electricity and gas included
- Professional cleaning service every two weeks
Workspace & Rent (all-inclusive) – your choice:
- Single workstation: 268,08 € per workstation plus 10% VAT
- Flex workspace – shared between two people: 134,04 € per person plus 10% VAT. A workstation is shared by two people and can be used flexibly, but not at the same time. Perfect if you wanna save some money and don‘t need constant availability.
